Since, 1989 Gwenique “Gwen” Williams has been investing in Real Estate in the U.S. In 1999 she fixed residency to focus on Real Estate investments. Since then she founded two companies, MS. G & Associates and more recently TTMG Investments, Inc.

Her experience includes attaining her California Real Estate License in 2006. Her former experience includes managing AT&T’s Central Office Buildings and Network Operations Manager for AT&T California (one of the largest Telecommunications Services in the World) where she worked for 15 years, while doing some Private Capital Investments to increase capital she could personally manage.

As an Authorized OSHA Construction Instructor Gwen has background training workers and supervisors in the awareness and the abatement of any safety hazards within the construction environment.

She purchased her first home in 1989 flipped it, then flipped her second home in 1999, purchased land and received an Owner Builder Loan and built her family 5,000 sq.ft. custom home in 2000.

Gwen loves the sport of basketball and is a Certified Agent of the National Basketball Players Association (NBPA). She works directly with her clients to find them luxury homes within California.

She has an Information Systems/Business Technology Bachelor of Science Degree from cumulative studies from University of California, Riverside (UCR) her home town, University of Redlands (UOR) the area where she raised her three children, and University of Phoenix (UOP). Her technology experience and training background brings a wealth of knowledge to your real-estate needs.
